• What is Invergo?
  • Invergo allows for business or personal collections of tips. Invergo can be used by but not limited to hospitality businesses, buskers, musicians, and fundraisers.
• Why Invergo?
  • 76% of transactions in Australia are cashless, this has also been reflected within businesses who are experiencing a decline in cash tips each year. Invergo aims to create a new way to for consumers wanting to show appreciation for quality service.
• How to Register?
  • Simply select “create account” and insert your details. You will be instructed to create a “Stripe” account if you do not have one already, this will ensure all your tips are handled securely and safely!
• What fees should I expect?
  • Invergo charges a $4/month subscription fee. There is also a 4% transaction fee (e.g 4c of a $2 tip). These fees will cover the cost of the Stripe integration which allows Invergo to access the global leading payment processor to ensure all tips are handled securely.
• How long before I can access my tips?
  • Tips should be accessible instantly, however these can take up to 24 hours at time. The money can then be withdrawn through Stripe, which can take up to 3 days depending on your bank.
